Owner and head Pizzaiolo Maurizio prides himself on his Roman heritage learning the art of pizza from his grandmother at a very young age. 20 years of experience working in a number of renown Italian restaurants across Sydney and his sole passion for pizza Maurizio’s signature dough is prepared to perfection.
Our unique artisan blend of Napolitana and Romana style pizza’s are made with the finest imported ingredients, handcrafted onsite, topped with the freshest seasonal produce and cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven imported from Italy.
We pride ourselves on our Italian heritage offering a range of gourmet starters, pastas, seafood, meat and salads. Gluten free bases available.
